All Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the Strathmore Thunder Fastpitch organization is required to complete the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders module.

The Respect in Sport Activity Leader/Coach Program educates youth leaders, coaches, managers and officials to recognize, understand and respond to issues of bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination (BAHD). The Strathmore Thunder is a competitive & development softball program for female youth ages 19 and under. The goals of the program are to develop individual skills of young female athletes while stressing the values of hard work, team play, and sportsmanship. The Thunder will provide volunteer coaches who will emphasize the teams' mission, help guide its athletes to become outstanding teammates and citizens of the community. All to create fun & life long lasting memories.
