Player Intent Form - 2026 (Returning AND New Players)

Hello Thunder!

Another season has come and gone.There have been some wins, some losses, and fun had by everyone!

The club is working hard on a plan for the 2026 season and we need your help! To build out the number of teams needed for each level, coaches required, training schedules, etc., we need to know who is intending to play next season. We're asking all 2025 club members (or new players... send this to your interested friends!) to take a couple minutes to fill out the form below with your child's intent to play for Strathmore Thunder in the 2026 season. If you are not planning to play, we ask that you please fill the form out anyways so that we can take your feedback and use it to improve our processes and policies. We'd also like the opportunity (if you'll let us) to turn a player leaving into a player returning.
